Below are abbreviations found in may of our journal notes and reports.

LEGEND TO ABBREVIATIONS:

LMAM

Left a message on Answering Machine

LMVM

Left a message on a Voice Mail system

LM

Left a message.  For example LM Jim's wife.

EFB

Email from buyer.  For Example "EFB: Buyer would like satin finish on floors..." is a note made summarizing an email we received, and is not the exact wording of the email.

FFB

Fax from buyer.  For Example "FFB: Buyer would like satin finish on floors..." is a note made summarizing a fax we received, and is not the exact wording of the fax.

@MW or MW

At a Meeting With:  followed by initials of those present and B for Buyer.  For example if a certain note was the result of a specific meeting with the buyer, Ron Bedard and Todd Wacome the abbreviation may read @MWBRB&TW or @MWB,RB,TW...

 ...

Indicates that the entry is awaiting an action.
A blank: _______ Indicates there is information yet to be determined.  For example "Ben Moore Regal Wallsatin _________"  or "tile _________" 

A blank with a number: ________[1-6]

Indicates information needs to be determined on or before associated meeting 1 through 6 in order to prevent a delay of the passing.

Information followed by a question mark: For example  "White?" means information is likely but not definite.
